What Is Strength Circuit?
A small scale strength circuit class run by our Exercise Physiologists is designed to help with strength and overall fitness.
Prior to this class you may need a one on one assessment with our Exercise Physiologist if you have any specific injuries that need to be addressed, otherwise you can join in this group immediately!
The class uses a range of strengthening tools such as weights, cable machines, power bands, kettlebells, body weights and some cardio fitness equipment.
This class is designed for 3-6 clients depending on which studio you attend.
