These services are here to help our Melbourne clients and any Australians that find it difficult accessing exercise for whatever reason.

Why choose a virtual class?

If you are time poor or can’t physically get to the clinic this is a great alternative for you. You can arrange these in the comfort of your own home or wherever you are.

Allied health practitioners will be delivering group based exercise and are able to guide you to get the best out of your exercise or workout. They can provide technique correction, progressions or regressions depending on the level of strength and fitness you have. It is a great way to stay connected!

You would be surprised that a virtual class can just be as effective as an in-person class!

What happens during a virtual class?

It is important to remember that a virtual class is very similar to an in-person class. We are here to help you achieve your goals and MOVE THROUGH LIFE

  • Once you book an online class an email will be sent to you confirming the date, time, a link to the software we use to run the classes, Zoom.
  • You will be sent a link to your class just prior to the start time. Click on this and you will be welcomed to the class at the start time.
  • You will then be taken through your 45 minute class!

Mat Pilates

Enjoy 45 minutes of Mat Pilates in the comfort of your own home. Work the deep stability muscles around the stomach, back, pelvis and hips whilst stretching and mobilising the body. This class has a maximum of 6 participants so there is an opportunity to discuss and correct any exercises during the workout.

Stretch & Release

Take 45 minutes to move, stretch and do some muscle release work with the foam roller and spikey ball. This class will have you feeling taller, more flexible and in tune with your body. Only 6 participants in each class so there is an opportunity to discuss and correct any exercises during the class. Equipment: Foam roller, Spikey Ball

Strength

Enjoy a 45 minute strength session using just your own body weight! From the comfort of your own home work the big muscle groups of the body to build strength and improve overall fitness! The class has a maximum of 6 participants so there is an opportunity to discuss and correct any exercises during the workout

Can I claim my session on Private Health?

Unfortunately you can’t claim online consultations through your Private Health Funds.

How many people are in the class?

There are a maximum of 6 people in a class

How much does it cost?

$10 for a 45 minute class

How do I pay?

We will send you details for secure online payment through MediPass program or you can call up and pay over the phone prior to your consultation

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

What software do I need?

We use the software Zoom for these sessions. You will be emailed detailing how to download and use this program.

What do I need to bring to my online consult session

Depending on what class you are taking depends on the equipment. If you have a foam roller, spikey ball, theraband or small weights close by you may utilise these during your sessions.
