Tayla’s experience as a high level dancer has inspired a keen interest in human movement, and a passion for incorporating movement into her treatment approach. As such, she takes particular interest in treating adolescent dancers or athletes, as well as postural complaints.
In order to help individuals reach their goals, Tayla is passionate about patient education, and empowering individuals to facilitate their own health and wellbeing with movement. Apart from sport related injuries, Tayla enjoys treating postural complaints as well as neck pain and headaches.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll find Tayla tending to her garden, head stuck in a book, or outside enjoying nature.
