About Emma

Emma is enthusiastic and motivating in her approach to exercise therapy and strives to help people have positive movement experiences. She believes that there is more to exercise physiology than getting people to exercise, it is helping them to find a purpose and the motivation to complete movement and education to empower the clients to understand their condition.

After years of coaching Gymnastics and Athletics and seeing young and old enjoy movement she wanted everyone to be able to share in that experience as well and decided to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. While completing her studies Emma worked as an exercise scientist assisting exercise physiologists in a private practice setting.

Now as an Exercise Physiologist, Emma enjoys working in all areas of health across all age groups. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, mental health, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and fibromyalgia. She also enjoys working with older people to help maintain their functional capacity, enabling them to continue to do the things they enjoy.

When Emma isn’t working she likes to be at the beach, practicing yoga and creating all sorts of art works.
