Lucy completed her Physiotherapy (Honors) degree at Monash University. She enjoys working with patients across all walks of life; including neurological rehabilitation, strength and conditioning in athletic and aging populations, as well as acute and chronic overuse injuries. While working for Geelong Cats AFL as a sports trainer, Lucy has a keen interest in injury management, rehabilitation and prevention.
Lucy believes that movement is the key to health and wellbeing, and empowers patients to achieve this through individualized treatment and goals. She employs a range of manual therapies, in combination with exercise prescription and hydrotherapy to accomplish this. Lucy places an emphasis on education and understanding your own health, in order to combat any misconceptions and reassure that we can improve!
Lucy is passionate about all things netball; having played, umpired and coached for most of her life. This pathway has directed her to a career helping people from all ages and abilities return back to their hobbies or daily life, with the aim of being pain-free and unrestricted.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys camping along the coast, hiking overseas, running and making jewellery for her small business.
