Tara is extremely passionate about educating individuals on the importance of exercise not only for our physical health, but also our mental health. Tara believes exercise is one of the most effective tools when it comes to improving our quality of life, enabling us to live our lives to our fullest potential.
Tara’s love for exercise stemmed from her interest in sport from a young age, always being involved in at least one sport throughout her life, with a particular passion for Netball, Athletics and Rowing.
After completing her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Tara knew she was heading in the right direction by undertaking a postgraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She was excited about having the opportunity to utilise exercise to help individuals achieve their goals and ultimately live a healthier life. Besides mental health, Tara has a particular interest in women’s health, as well as metabolic and neurological conditions. She is passionate about helping individuals gain independence through treating and managing their symptoms to enable them to move through life!
Outside of work, you will find Tara catching up with family and friends and keeping.
