Ricki-Lee Casey, Remedial Massage Therapist
Ricki-lee is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Clinical Myotherapy. She has extensive experience in Remedial Massage, having worked in an allied health clinic throughout her Uni degree, and also worked for an AFL season with the Geelong Football Club. She believes there are many great benefits from massage and will work with the individual to determine their treatment goals, which will alter the type of massage you receive. Whether you’re just after a monthly tune-up or have long term goals you want to achieve, Ricki-lee will be able to help.
Ricki-lee has a passion for movement and exercise, which also reflects her treatment style. She understands that movement and exercise can be an effective treatment for not only physical health but also for your mental health. You will see this in the way she assesses and treats, including stretches and corrective exercises into the treatment. She believes in a holistic approach and looking at you and your ‘pain’ as a whole, exploring different areas of your life that may be contributing to your pain.
In her spare time, Ricki-lee loves spending time outdoors and always up for an adventure. Her favourite way to start the day is a sunrise walk along the beach, with a coffee in hand, and soon to have her new fur baby out walking with her too!
