An Allied Health designed 8 stage program that aims to support and guide you post birth to reconnect you to your body. Our team have designed this over 8 stages but this program can be done at your own pace. The program consists of post natal pilates style exercise classes designed to help build your functional strength post pregnancy and birth. The program has educational material on common conditions such as mastitis, pelvic floor strengthening and colic in babies. We include Nutritional advice to help support and health post birth and keep you energised during those first few months of mothering.
If you have had a C-Section we recommend waiting 6 weeks prior to beginning the exercise phase of this program. For natural uncomplicated births you can begin when you are ready (1-2 weeks post birth is a good guide). For any complications post birth and if you are unsure please contact your health care practitioner.
