Alexandra graduated from the University of South Australia in 2021 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), after completing a Bachelor of Human Movement in 2016.

Alexandra is a trained GLA:D practitioner for hip and knee osteoarthritis management and is a Level 1 Sports Trainer. With over 12 years of experience working with amateur football and soccer clubs, currently working with Western Strikers Soccer Club in Women’s State League Seniors.

Alexandra takes a goal orientated approach, aiming to ensure her patients feel heard and empowered with a tailored management plan to treat injuries and prevent reoccurance. She uses a mix of manual therapy, dry needling, rehabilitative exercises, and education to help patients become stronger and achieve their goals.

When not at work Alexandra can be found at the beach with her dog Archie, watching AFL, or planning her next travel adventure.
