Once upon a time, four humans from opposite sides of the country kept finding themselves asking the same question…

“What if we were one?”

Not in a weird, culty way. More in a “we’re already doing the same thing… just in different postcodes” kind of way.

Up in NSW, Marcio Ferreira and Blake P were building something pretty special with Movement 101.

Down in Victoria, Michelle Funder (Shell) and Shane Bennett were doing the same with Beyond.

Different states. Same values. Same belief.

That healthcare could be better.

That teams should be empowered, not micromanaged.

That clients deserve more than a quick fix and a printout of exercises they’ll never do.

So naturally… we kept hanging out.

Sharing ideas.

Stealing each other’s best stuff (respectfully, of course).

And eventually — we stopped asking “what if?” and decided to just go for it.

Why this merger
makes sense.

Because when you take two like-minded teams, fuel them with ambition, back them with opportunity, and remove the usual limits…

You don’t just grow.

You evolve.

Together, we created Move Beyond — built on a shared belief that we could have a greater impact for both our team and our clients than we ever could alone.

Our winning aspiration says it best:

(Big statement. We know. We’re into it.)

What this actually means-

  • Our care isn’t siloed — it’s shared, connected and intentional

The Truth.

We didn’t merge because it looked good on paper.

We did it because:

  • We like each other (important)

  • We think big (also important)

  • And we believe we can build something that genuinely changes the game

And honestly… we’re just getting started.

We are now across South Australia, New South Wales and, Victoria. Our growth is always pegged to our people and creating opportunities.
