Catherine has a keen interest in working with sporting injuries but is also passionate about helping people stay active and achieve their health goals, regardless of whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or a Mum wanting to walk your kids and dog around at Park Run.

Catherine has worked alongside football clubs in both Melbourne and the Bellarine Peninsula as a sports trainer and worked as an instructor with Original Bootcamp Australia. Catherine has been heavily involved in the sporting community from an early age including track running, netball and touch football. More recently, she has competed in domestic and international triathlon events, placing 2nd in her age group at the ITU Duathlon World Championships and competes across many events as a long distance runner.

Catherine’s experience as an athlete is pivotal to her work as an Osteopath, developing an extensive understanding of how the body moves and why injuries occur. Catherine has completed additional training in neuromuscular dry needling and holds a clinical Pilates Diploma. Catherine has also spent some time working at Fertile Ground Health Group and has experience with pregnant patients. When not at the clinic, you can find Catherine riding her bike, running the trails, or having coffee at the local cafes on the Bellarine.
