How To Get Started
It’s really simple!
All you need to do is click “Book An Appointment” and follow the prompts.
After you make your first booking, we will send out more information and details regarding your appointment and how you must prepare for your initial consultation.
Your First Session
On your first session, you will be asked to fill out your personal details, and provide relevant information regarding your medical history. The Physiotehrapist will then take a patient history, asking more detailed questions relating specifically to your problem – and any points of note such as accidents, trauma, etc.
A thorough physical assessment is then done to form a working diagnosis for your condition. Before treatment commences your physiotherapist will explain to you the working diagnosis of your condition and the style of treatment that is appropriate for your condition.
Once you have talked about the benefits and potential risks of treatment your physiotherapist will use a combination of the techniques mentioned above.
After your consultation you will generally be given exercises, advice and the opportunity to book in for a follow up appointment to help your condition.
