Having competed at the IASF Cheerleading and Dance World Championships, Penny has a strong understanding of and interest in cheerleading, dance and gymnastics related injuries. Penny is passionate about providing patients with a goal specific management plan by incorporating rehabilitation, injury prevention and patient education in her osteopathic treatments.

When Penny isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking up a storm and staying active with cheerleading training, pilates and yoga classes.
