Mollie Bracken, Exercise Physiologist
Mollie followed the Exercise Physiology career path after discovering she had a keen interest in the use of exercise for rehabilitation and disease management during her undergraduate degree. With specific interests in womens’ health, chronic disease and mental health, Mollie is excited to utilise the knowledge she has gained in a wide range of professional environments and from her degrees to help her patients Move Through Life!
Mollie graduated her masters degree with experience in private hospitals, community health and specialised neurological rehabilitation settings. As well as working as a personal trainer throughout both her degrees she worked at senior football clubs as a sports trainer.
Mollie is passionate about helping her patients find the most enjoyable and beneficial modes of movement for their specific goals, interests and abilities. Mollie is particularly interested in working with women of all ages to help them feel strong, happy and empowered through exercise.
Outside of work, you will find Mollie spending time with her Labrador and keeping active in her favourite exercise classes which include yoga, boxing, pilates and HIIT training!
