About Natalie
Natalie discovered her desire to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology whilst undertaking a
semester abroad at York St John University in England during 2011. By the completion of her undergraduate degree, Natalie had developed a holistic philosophy and passion for effective health management – thoroughly understanding the interactions between the physical, social, and psychological aspects of clients’ wellbeing.
Natalie has attained varied clinical experience across multiple rehabilitation settings and population groups. Her experience in managing complex conditions – musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic pain, mental health – has given Natalie a keen interest in helping her clients be able to Move Through Life with optimal confidence and independence.
Natalie thrives on working in collaboration with motivated clients to identify and reach goals through evidence based exercise programs. In keeping her finger on the pulse of new research, she continues to pursue her passion of developing effective and enjoyable treatment plans to best address any clinical need.
