Hannah Coad, Registered Myotherapist
Hannah is a Polestar Pilates trained instructor and graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy). She draws on a range of hands-on techniques during her Myotherapy treatments, including soft & deep tissue work, dry needling, myofascial release and joint mobilisation. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in headaches, neck pain, jaw pain, postural complaints and running injuries.
Hannah’s training in Clinical Pilates and passion for movement are the perfect adjunct to her Myotherapy treatment sessions. She believes that movement is medicine, and that what happens outside the treatment room is equally important when it comes to creating effective long-term solutions. Hannah strives to ensure her clients feel empowered with the tools and knowledge required for working towards their health and wellness goals.
Outside the clinic you will usually find Hannah somewhere outdoors – camping, hiking, or running around with her dog Ludo.
