As of today, all gyms across Victoria have closed. It is so important to continue to exercise in anyway you can for both your physical and mental well being. We are still offering one-on-one exercise sessions at our practice, as well as online classes. Our team can also write you up a home exercise program, taking into account what equipment you may or may not have at home, so you can continue your exercise routine.
In order to support you during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have lowered the cost of our online/telehealth consultations to a flat rate of $50.
