Nilam is a physiotherapist originally from Toronto, Canada, holding a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
Nilam followed her passion for patient-centred care into private practice, where she can have a positive impact on the community by empowering others to reach their goals. Nilam brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment and rehabilitation, integrating patient education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise programming.
Her clinical interests include the management of spinal and nerve pain (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar), sporting injuries, and supporting individuals returning to exercise after periods of inactivity. She is committed to providing her patients with the tools, guidance, and confidence needed to restore function and long-term wellbeing.

Nilam's understanding of elite sport is informed by her own experience as a competitive athlete, having travelled internationally and competed at Division 1 level in soccer. This background affords her a deep appreciation of the physical demands placed on high-performance athletes and the complexities of exercise-related injury. She has further developed her musculoskeletal expertise through roles with several football clubs, including the Balmain Tigers and the NSW Female AFL Academy.
Outside of the clinic, Nilam has a love of travel, the outdoors, and quality time with friends and family. On weekends, she can often be found exploring her local café and dining scene in pursuit of the perfect foodie experience.
