Been going here for years now. Their new location is much nicer. Tessa for Osteo is brilliant. She updates the physio team so my Clinical Pilates program gets modified if needed. Pilates classes are great too. Individual programs in small group sessions are a good price.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I never thought I would look forward to excersing. The staff are super friendly and caring. They work with to set realistic goals and achieve them. They develop a program that suits you and evolve it as your strength and condituoning improves. I have a very bad back with limited flexibility. Not any more! Thank you so much!

Just started the Onero program. Emily is a gem, giving excellent explanations and demonstrations of the correct techniques. The program its based on research so I feel comfortable that it will do what it promises. Small class size is great , you really get individual attention. Premises clean and well organised - plenty of space even with the range of Pilates equipment.

Anna is an excellent women's health physio. She provides clear explanations and ensures that you leave each session confident to do the necessary exercises. I also appreciated her fun and bubbly personality, making each session enjoyable. I highly recommend Anna and the team at Beyond!

Incredible care from my physio, Libby. I felt very comfortable discussing usually ‘uncomfortable’ health topics. The rooms are also calming and lovely to go into.

Wish I found this clinic sooner during my pregnancy, Libby has been a lifesaver helping me manage back pain & associated discomfort in the third trimester. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, a really great practice. Highly recommend 😊
