Thank you for choosing Move Beyond for your Clinical Pilates journey. This is an overview of our terms and conditions.

You consent to Move Beyond debiting your credit card at the agreed time. After each payment, you will receive a receipt via email for your records.

Class Attendance and Make-Up Policy

Our Clinical Pilates is designed to help you reach your goals and to complete your scheduled Pilates sessions within that 13 week period. If you cannot attend your regular class please let us know a minimum of 7 hours in advance. Please arrange a make-up class within the 13-week block as classes do not accrue*.

Pausing Your Program

You may pause your Pilates program up to two times per year for holidays or extended breaks of three weeks or more. Please notify our team 14 days in advance so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.

Program Cancellation

To cancel your Pilates program, please provide us with 14 days notice prior to your next payment.
