Right in the heart of Windsor & Prahran — just steps from Windsor Station — Move Beyond has been part of this community for more than 20 years. Our clinic brings together Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Pelvic Health Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Clinical Pilates instructors and Myotherapists under one roof, working collaboratively through a shared-care model so your care is always connected, not siloed.
Whether you're managing persistent pain, working through an injury, or taking a proactive approach to your long-term health, your treatment plan is built around you — drawing on the expertise of our whole team where it's relevant to your needs. We're also proud to use VALD performance technology, giving our practitioners objective data to guide your assessment and track your progress over time.

We love working with the local and surrounding communities, to help them get pain-free. And yes, the tiny suburb of Windsor is often a forgotten postcode (it used to be called Prahran South). We work with clients from South Yarra, Prahran, St Kilda, Balaclava, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne & Toorak. We help many local sporting teams and donate our time to community events to help promote exercise in the community.
There is ample on street parking in the area, with 2 hour parks and daily parks located directly at the front of clinic and outside the entrance to Windsor train station. There is a large ticket based public car park behind the Paint Spot, which is located nearby on Chapel Street.
We are a cashless business, payment may be made via credit card (Visa & Master Card). We do not normally offer credit on account payment. HICAPS facilities are available for private health insurance claims. Patients may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM), however this must be in place and initiated by a GP before treatment commences.
The nearest train station is Windsor, which is located on the Sandringham line, with the clinic located directly opposite our clinic! There are multiple tram lines in the area traveling either along Chapel Street or along Dandenong Road.
