Courtney is a remedial massage therapist who has a passion to gain the best possible outcome in every treatment with a keen interest in sports injury/pain management and mobility.  Highly active lifestyle in her spare time with strength and plyometric training and playing netball.

Eager to help each individual with everyday movements and helping athletes feel and perform at their best. In treatments Courtney uses myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping and low level laser therapy to help relieve pain and tension.
