About Georgia

Georgia is an Exercise Physiologist who graduated from The University of Queensland with an honours degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Georgia wants to empower clients to live a healthy life that includes exercise and balance in all aspects of an individual’s life.

With the proper support, education, and helping hands, anyone can achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. Additionally Georgia is interested in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic metabolic conditions, women’s health and strength and conditioning training. She is motivated to work with various clients to help them reach their goals.

Throughout Georgia’s career so far she has had the experience to work with many different populations from junior athletes through to aging populations all with a focus on the benefits of strength training across your life span. Additionally Georgia is interested in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic metabolic conditions, women’s health, and strength and conditioning training. Georgia loves to collaborate with her clients to make them feel safe and confident in their exercise routine so that they are able to succeed in whatever they set their minds to.

Outside of work Georgia enjoys training herself in the gym or running as well as trying new restaurants to wine and dine.
