About Mollie

Mollie has a wide scope of experience in clinical practice from invisible diseases such as POTS, ME/CFS to women’s health and mental health issues to musculokeletal injuries, she is committed to helping her clients reach their health goals.

After working as a personal trainer, a sports trainer at local football clubs and completing her undergraduate in Exercise Science, Mollie completed her Master of Exercise Physiology and discovered her passion for exercise rehabilitation and chronic pain and disease management.

With specific interests in women’s health, mental health and lower limb pathologies, Mollie is excited to utilise the knowledge she has gained in a wide range of professional environments and from her degrees to help her patients Move Through Life! Whether it’s face-to-face gym or pilates sessions or a home program you’re after, she is ready to prescribe the most effective and appropriate exercise for you.

Mollie is passionate about helping her patients find the most enjoyable mode of movement for their specific goals, interests and abilities. She is particularly interested in working with women of all ages to help them feel strong, happy and empowered through exercise.

Outside of work, you will find Mollie spending time with her Labrador and keeping active in her favourite exercise classes which include yoga, boxing, pilates and HIIT training!
