Amazing help and staff. Eloise has been so helpful in helping manage my chronic knee pain through targeted exercises which I am able to continue to do at home. The program has also been adjusted based on my progress over multiple sessions, which helped continue the improvement. I can’t recommend Movement 101 and Oisin highly enough. My son went there to help with muscle soreness in his leg and the treatment and at home program were both great for him. The follow up with links to recommended exercises made it simple to follow and do at home.
