About Josh

Josh is an energetic and fun exercise physiologist with a strong interest in paediatrics, chronic pain and mental health.

Josh's career started following back and shoulder injuries from playing cricket (his first love) and was lucky to have some amazing practitioners helping with his rehabilitation. He fell in love with the industry and wanted to give back to the industry that has given him so much.

Josh has worked with clients aged between 4 and 99 and loves to get to know his clients and help them on their journey, no matter what that may be. Josh has worked with clients who may have anxiety and/or depression, high performance athletes, children and adults with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and many more conditions. He is big on people building confidence and helping them to be the best versions of themselves.

Josh as mentioned loves his cricket and he currently plays at Canterbury Cricket Club, as well as coaches at Ringwood Premier club in the Women's program and recently has started coaching with the Rajasthan Royal's IPL Academy here in Melbourne.

Josh also loves his dad jokes so please tell them to him, he will laugh at them all. Or if you have any animal facts Josh will love them as he would have liked to be the next David Attenborough in another life (did you know that slugs have 4 noses?)
