At Move Beyond Botany, our physiotherapy team works alongside you to understand what matters most — whether that's returning to the sport or activity you love, recovering from a workplace injury, managing persistent pain, or simply moving through your day with greater ease and confidence.
Our clinic is located at Shop 2, 1362 Botany Rd, Botany NSW 2019. The nearest train station is Mascot, on the T8 Airport & South line — a 15-minute walk along Botany Road. Several bus routes also stop directly on Botany Road, including the 310 and 316. We see clients from across the area including Mascot, Pagewood, Eastlakes, Banksmeadow and Hillsdale
.
Botany is a diverse, close-knit community with deep industrial roots and a growing residential population. Our team is experienced in supporting local workers, active families, and those returning from surgery or managing longer-term conditions.
We take an evidence-based approach to every assessment and treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your full health picture before recommending a course of care that fits your life, your schedule, and your goals.
We’re not just treating symptoms—we’re focused on long-term outcomes that empower you to get back to doing what you love.

Your initial appointment runs for 60 minutes and includes a thorough medical and physical assessment, hands-on treatment, and the development of a personalised management plan. You will be given clear guidance on what to expect across your care and what you can do between sessions.
Almost all clients will benefit from a 30-minute follow-up appointment to review progress, refine the diagnosis, and adjust the management plan as needed. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your physiotherapist to assess the relevant area.
