You've found a place where your health genuinely matters. At Move Beyond Findon, our team of physiotherapists and podiatrists are here to help you recover from injury, move without pain, and stay active for the long run, whether that's getting back to sport, finally sorting out that foot issue, or simply feeling like yourself again. Located at 166 Grange Road, Findon, free on-site parking right out front, and the bus stop is directly outside.
Our Grange Road clinic is fully equipped with private consultation rooms, a rehabilitation gym, and advanced technology to support your recovery and performance. But beyond the facilities, what you'll find here is a team that takes the time to understand your goals — not just your injury.
We work with people across a wide range of conditions including:
Sports injuries
Back and neck pain
Shoulder, knee and hip pain
Foot and ankle issues
Tendon injuries

Pre and post-operative recovery
Nerve pain, including sciatica

Honestly? The best practitioner is the one you trust and feel comfortable with and, we take that seriously.
When you book, we'll do our best to match you with the right person based on your condition, your goals, and what you're looking for in a practitioner. Our team has different clinical strengths and interests, so there's usually a good fit waiting for you.
Not sure where to start? Give us a call or drop us a message, and we will have a chat about who might suit you best.
Shared care is when more than one of our practitioners works with you at the same time. Think of it as a team approach — different experts, one game plan, all pointed in the same direction.
Why would I need more than one practitioner?
Some conditions respond better when we attack them from multiple angles. A sore back, for example, might benefit from a physio working on movement and strength and a remedial massage therapist working on the soft tissue. It's not about doing more — it's about doing the right things together.
How do I know which services are right for me?
You don't have to figure that out yourself — that's what we're here for. Book an initial assessment and your practitioner will map out what's most appropriate for your goals. If another discipline would help, we'll tell you and we'll make the introduction.
Will my practitioners talk to each other?
Yes. Our team shares clinical notes and communicates directly. You won't need to repeat your story five times or play telephone between practitioners.
Can I book multiple services on the same day?
In most cases, yes. We can often stack appointments to save you the trip. Just let reception know and they'll do their best to line things up.
Does shared care cost more?
Each appointment is billed separately, as they're with different practitioners. The upside: if you have private health cover, you can often claim across multiple disciplines. Worth checking your policy.
I've been seeing a practitioner elsewhere — can I transfer to Move Beyond?
Absolutely. Bring any relevant referrals, scans or reports and we'll get you up to speed quickly. A fresh set of eyes on an old problem is never a bad thing.
