Welcome to the Grange Clinic

You've found a place where your health genuinely matters. At Move Beyond Grange, our team of physiotherapists are here to help you recover from injury, move without pain, and stay active for the long run — whether that's getting back to sport, working through something that's been building for months, or simply feeling strong in your own body again.

Based on Frederick Road in Grange, we're a warm, hands-on clinic with a genuine passion for getting results. Our team brings particular expertise in women's and pelvic health, maternal care, sports injuries, and spinal conditions, alongside a boutique Reformer Pilates studio that's fully integrated into your care, not bolted on as an afterthought.

We support people across a wide range of conditions including:

  • Sports and running injuries

  • Back and neck pain

  • Shoulder, hip and knee pain

  • Pelvic health and pelvic floor

  • Pre and post-natal care

  • Headaches and jaw pain

  • Work and motor vehicle injuries

  • Chronic pain management

Our Grange Physiotherapy and Pilates

At Move Beyond Grange, physiotherapy and Pilates aren't two separate things. They're part of the same approach, because lasting results come from treating what's wrong and building the strength to stay that way.

Our physiotherapy team offers hands-on treatment, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and specialised care in pelvic health physiotherapy, maternal health, and work and motor vehicle injuries. If your GP has put you on a Chronic Disease Management plan, we accept Medicare referrals. We also support WorkCover and DVA patients.

Our boutique Reformer Pilates studio runs small group classes led by our physiotherapy team, including open classes, pregnancy Pilates, Mums & Bubs, child-friendly sessions, and Mature Bodies Pilates. Because our instructors are physios, they can tailor what you do in class to what's happening in your treatment — a level of care you won't find at a standard Pilates studio.

Move Beyond Grange FAQs

Do I need a referral to book at Move Beyond Grange?

No referral needed — you can book online directly for physiotherapy or Pilates classes.

What areas around Grange do you work with?

We regularly see patients from Grange, West Lakes, Tennyson, Henley Beach, Seaton, Woodville, Albert Park, and St Clair.

What Pilates classes do you offer?

We run a range of small group Reformer Pilates classes including open classes, pregnancy Pilates, Mums & Bubs, child-friendly sessions, and Mature Bodies Pilates for older adults. All classes are led by our physiotherapy team — so your instructor understands your body, your injury history, and your goals.

How can I pay for my appointment?

We are a cashless business, payment may be made via credit card (Visa & Master Card). We do not normally offer credit on account payment. HICAPS facilities are available for private health insurance claims. Patients may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM), however this must be in place and initiated by a GP before treatment commences.

Should I do Pilates before seeing a Physiotherapist?

We recommend you see one of our Physios to assess you prior to starting your pilates classes so you can get the best out of your classes.
