Tucked just off Jetty Road on Partridge Street, our Glenelg clinic has private consultation rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, and a mat Pilates studio — right in the heart of one of Adelaide's most loved coastal communities. We work with people of all ages and stages, from elite athletes to new parents to retirees who want to stay strong and independent. We support people across a wide range of conditions including:
Sports and running injuries
Back and neck pain
Shoulder, knee, hip and ankle pain
Foot and lower limb issues
Pre and post-natal care
Pre and post-operative recovery
Nerve pain, including sciatica
Chronic pain management

Move Beyond Glenelg brings together physiotherapy and podiatry alongside a strong group class program, so your care doesn't stop when your one-on-one appointment does.
Our physiotherapy team specialises in sports injuries, running injuries, shoulder and knee pain, ACL rehabilitation, spinal conditions, pre and post-natal care, and pre and post-operative recovery. We use hands-on treatment, dry needling, and strength and conditioning to support your recovery — and our rehab gym means we can take you all the way from initial treatment through to return to sport.
Our podiatry team provides comprehensive foot and ankle care including custom orthotics, 3D foot pressure analysis, shockwave therapy, ingrown nail procedures, PACT fungal nail treatment, plantar wart treatment, gait analysis, diabetes assessments, dry needling, foot mobilisation therapy, and footwear advice. NDIS and DVA patients are welcome.
We also run small group exercise classes — all led by our allied health team, capped at 8 participants, and eligible for private health rebates with physiotherapy cover. Classes include Clinical Pilates, pregnancy Pilates, Mums & Bubs, GLA:D for osteoarthritis, and our Move & Groove class for older adults.

We help all clients and can be involved in NDIS programs across our services.

Honestly? The best practitioner is the one you trust and feel comfortable with and, we take that seriously.
When you book, we'll do our best to match you with the right person based on your condition, your goals, and what you're looking for in a practitioner. Our team has different clinical strengths and interests, so there's usually a good fit waiting for you.
Not sure where to start? Give us a call or drop us a message, and we will have a chat about who might suit you best.
Shared care is when more than one of our practitioners works with you at the same time. Think of it as a team approach — different experts, one game plan, all pointed in the same direction.
Why would I need more than one practitioner?
Some conditions respond better when we attack them from multiple angles. A sore back, for example, might benefit from a physio working on movement and strength and a remedial massage therapist working on the soft tissue. It's not about doing more — it's about doing the right things together.
How do I know which services are right for me?
You don't have to figure that out yourself — that's what we're here for. Book an initial assessment and your practitioner will map out what's most appropriate for your goals. If another discipline would help, we'll tell you and we'll make the introduction.
Will my practitioners talk to each other?
Yes. Our team shares clinical notes and communicates directly. You won't need to repeat your story five times or play telephone between practitioners.
Can I book multiple services on the same day?
In most cases, yes. We can often stack appointments to save you the trip. Just let reception know and they'll do their best to line things up.
Does shared care cost more?
Each appointment is billed separately, as they're with different practitioners. The upside: if you have private health cover, you can often claim across multiple disciplines. Worth checking your policy.
I've been seeing a practitioner elsewhere — can I transfer to Move Beyond?
Absolutely. Bring any relevant referrals, scans or reports and we'll get you up to speed quickly. A fresh set of eyes on an old problem is never a bad thing.
