The whole team here has been so kind and accommodating everytime I come in, in particular Alison who I’ve seen 10+ times, she’s the absolute best and really listens to everything you say and explains everything so easily for me to understand. Thoroughly enjoyed all my sessions with her and would recommend her to anyone!!

Amazing team who clearly know their stuff. I’ve been seeing various specialists about muscular scar tissue for 2+ years. Allison was the first to suggest shockwave therapy might help - and it’s a game changer. After 2 sessions, I’ve got more pain-free range of motion than after 2 years of physios, neurologists, and MRI scans. They listen, they’ve got good communication, and they’re thorough - highly recommend.

Fantastic Sevice, Great Facility and Friendly Team! Millie has been fantastic and has helped me with my ongoing back pain. In a few sessions she has created a thorough exercise program leading to the best results I have ever had. Absolutely amazing physio, clean and above all very professional and wonderful services. My physiotherapist was Jessica and she was absolutely incredible, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in my injury and myself as a client. She provides practical exercises for my injury and tips on how to help my injury heal quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Movement 101 and Jessica, their service is impeccable and I couldn’t be happier.

When I injured my shoulder playing soccer, I knew it was going to be a long recovery. Movement 101 and my physio Alison made the process an easy one. Alison was very knowledgeable and was an avid athlete who understood the mentality of wanting to get back onto the field as soon as possible. Sessions were focused on pain getting functionality back and were spaced apart well with the intention of getting me out of rehab asap. I’ve had an exceptional experience with Movement 101, where the staff are kind and down-to-earth.
