In the last 10 years, Alex has worked in private practices across Melbourne within a wide range of clinical interest areas. Throughout her professional career, she has developed expertise in women’s pelvic health including pregnancy, post-natal, and returning women to exercise. She is particularly passionate about women’s functional movement and how it differs from the other gender.

Being a keen sportsperson and a tennis coach (in a previous life), Alex also has a keen interest and plenty of experience in sports and running-related injuries. Through in-depth functional assessments and exercise prescription, she will help her clients to enhance performance, alleviate pain, and reach their sporting goals.

Outside of work you’ll see Alex going for runs, cooking, exploring new restaurants, seeing live music, and taking advantage of Melbourne’s culture. She loves getting away for the weekend with her husband and two young kids, traveling to the country and down the coast to see friends.
