She has a particular interest in injury rehabilitation, stemming from an injury she sustained herself while playing sports. She especially loves rehabilitating knee injuries and ankle injuries.

Alison likes to keep active when not at work by going to the gym, playing soccer and GAA.

By playing sports herself, Alison understands the importance of strength and conditioning combined with physiotherapy when rehabilitating an injury. She uses a variety of techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy and exercise prescription when rehabilitating injuries to make sure her clients get the best possible outcome from their sessions.
