
Christopher is an Irish musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with a strong background in high-performance sport and private practice. He holds a BSc in Health & Performance Science and a Professional Master’s in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. He has a strong background in strength and condition and holds accreditations in dry needling techniques.
Christopher has worked across elite sport and private practice settings. He has held lead physiotherapy roles with Leinster Rugby’s U18 Schools and Youth Pathways, as well as with Lansdowne Rugby Club. He previously worked as first-team women’s physiotherapist during Ealing Trailfinders inaugural Premiership Women’s Rugby season.






Christopher’s approach to physiotherapy centres around providing elite care and rehabilitation that would usually be kept to a professional sporting environment! He combines detailed assessment, hands-on therapy, and individualised rehabilitation to support safe return to sport, work, and daily life. His clinical interests include sports injuries, hamstring injuries, strength-based rehabilitation, and long-term movement resilience.
Outside the clinic, Christopher is a lifelong sports enthusiast and former rugby player, with a strong appreciation for training, performance, and staying active having experienced both sides of the athlete-physio relationship throughout his career. In his spare time you might catch him at a gig or at the beach
