About Cormac

Cormac is a physiotherapist from Ireland with a background in Health and Performance Science. He works with a wide range of clients, from everyday aches and pains to sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, helping people return to the activities that matter to them.

Cormac takes an individualised, practical approach to treatment, focusing on understanding what's driving each person's pain and building a clear, structured plan to improve movement and confidence. He has a particular interest in shoulder pain, lower limb tendinopathy, and post-operative rehab, and enjoys helping both active individuals and those simply looking to move more comfortable in day-to-day life.
