About Shannan

Shannan believes in education and an individual approach to exercise to help you move and feel your best. Taking a holistic approach to movement, and working with each individual to utilise exercise as a tool within your lifestyle that takes you from where you are now, to where you want to be! Originally from the Mornington Peninsula, Shannan has spent the last few years gradually making her way down the NSW coast line using the variety of experiences to learn and develop as a clinician.

Whilst working in private practice she has developed a wide range of clinical interests, but has focused on developing her skills and expertise in women’s health. Shannan’s passion for women’s health centers around helping women stay engaged in sport and hobbies, creating tailored training programs that support recovery and maintain fitness.

Her practice focuses on introducing movement and exercise styles that suit each individual to help them achieve their goals, whatever that may be.

Shannan loves to get involved in local sport where she has a strong emphasis on using her knowledge and passion to help facilitate change and drive the standards and experiences for young girls and women in sport. Weekends will find Shannan out and about with her dogs, or having a crack at any outdoor activity that suits the weather.
