Strength Training That's Built Around You
Clinical Strength at Move Beyond East Melbourne brings together the best of both worlds - the energy and accountability of a group environment, with the precision and personalisation of one-on-one care.
Our small-group sessions are led by qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who design and supervise every program individually. That means no generic workouts - just 45 minutes of purposeful, progressive training matched to where you're at and where you want to go.
Whether you're working through injury recovery, managing a long-term health condition, or simply looking to build strength and move with more confidence, our clinicians will guide you through an evidence-based program that evolves as you do.
Getting started is simple. Before your first class, all new clients complete an Initial Clinical Strength Assessment and at least one 1:1 session with a Physio or EP. This gives us everything we need to understand your movement history, your goals, and any clinical considerations — so your program is tailored from day one.
