With a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal care, Megan helps women prepare for birth, recover with confidence after having their baby, and feel strong and supported along the way. She believes every woman deserves to feel informed, empowered, and confident in her body, and is passionate about providing personalised, evidence-based care in a warm and welcoming environment. Megan also has an interest in oncology physiotherapy and the important role physiotherapy can play in supporting women through and beyond a cancer diagnosis.

Megan loves incorporating Clinical Pilates into her treatment approach, using movement and exercise to help women build strength, improve function, and return to doing the things they love—whether that’s keeping up with their children, returning to exercise, or simply feeling their best.

Originally from country South Australia, Megan still enjoys spending time exploring the regions with her husband Luke, and two daughters - Evie and Abby in their caravan. Outside the clinic, she loves running, practising Pilates, and is always up for a coffee down the beach (oat milk always!)
