Clinical Strength at Move Beyond Kensington is a small group strength class with a difference: every program is individually built around you, your goals and your stage of rehab or fitness, even though you're training alongside other people.
Sessions are led by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists and run for 45 minutes, designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and genuine functional strength training. Whether you're coming back from injury, managing a chronic condition, or just want to build strength and move with more confidence, Clinical Strength gives you a structured, evidence-based program with expert eyes on your technique every session.
Before joining, all new clients complete an Initial Clinical Strength Assessment and at least one one-on-one strength session with a Physio or EP. This means your program is genuinely tailored from day one, not a generic template.

Rehab-Driven, Fitness-Focused: Designed to support clients at any stage - rehab, recovery, or maintenance.
Integrated Shared Care Approach: Your clinician works closely with our team to ensure your program supports your broader treatment plan.
Expert Supervision: Classes are run by qualified Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists for maximum safety and effectiveness.
Community & Motivation: Train alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive, small-group environment (max. 5 people per class).
