Small Group, Personalised Strength Classes Supervised by Physios & Exercise Physiologists
At Move Beyond Newtown, our Clinical Strength classes are not your typical group fitness session. While delivered in a small-group setting, every program is individually tailored to you, your body, your goals, and your stage of rehab or fitness.
Led by our experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, these 45- minute sessions are designed to safely bridge the gap between rehabilitation and functional strength training in a way that’s both personalised and progressive. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to improve strength and movement confidence, Clinical Strength offers a structured, evidence-based approach built around you.
Before joining Clinical Strength, all new clients will need to complete: An Initial Clinical Strength Assessment, and at least one 1:1 strength session with a Physio or EP. This ensures your program is tailored to your goals, movement history, and clinical needs. See our bookings below.

Rehab-Driven, Fitness-Focused: Designed to support clients at any stage—rehab, recovery, or maintenance.
Integrated Shared Care Approach: Your clinician works closely with our team to ensure your program supports your broader treatment plan.
Expert Supervision: Classes are run by qualified Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists for maximum safety and effectiveness.
Community & Motivation: Train alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive, small-group environment (max. 4 people per class).
