Clinical Pilates in East Melbourne

Our Clinical Pilates studio in East Melbourne is run by skilled Allied Health Practitioners dedicated to helping you achieve your personal health goals. Whether you’re aiming to improve strength and stability, prevent injuries, or increase flexibility, we’re here to support your journey.

Located conveniently in East Melbourne, our studio offers small group classes led by Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists. Using a range of specialised Pilates equipment, our practitioners tailor each class to meet your individual needs and goals, as identified through a thorough initial assessment.

Before joining our classes, you’ll have an initial assessment to understand your strengths and areas to improve, and to design a program that aligns with your objectives. You may need additional one-on-one sessions with your practitioner to prepare for group classes. For best results, we recommend attending classes weekly. Private Health Rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.
