I’ve been seeing Stefan, and I’m extremely happy with the results so far. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mobility. Stefan has given me targeted exercises to support my recovery, and they’ve made a noticeable difference.

From the online booking system and appointment confirmations these are convenient and easy to use. I really appreciate how thoroughly they ask questions and evaluate exactly what treatment you need.

I’ve been seeing Sarah at Beyond Blackburn since earlier this year, and I can honestly say I’ve finally found a gem. Sarah is amazing. She has a deep and thorough understanding of joint mobilisation and pain management, and what really sets her apart is her ability to find and treat the root cause of the issue rather than just the symptoms.

I’ve been attending Pilates classes at Beyond and it’s been a fantastic experience. Chloe is knowledgeable, super patient and always makes sure I feel comfortable and confident, even as I am just starting my Pilates journey. Tom was amazing with helping me get back on track with my training. With my intense physical training schedule with wrestling and Hyrox, Tom was able to navigate and treat my shoulder and neck issues. The entire team from Beyond is very welcoming and friendly as well! Can’t recommend them enough!

The exercises given are directly through an app which makes it easy for me to track. Sarah, my Oesteo, is lovely, kind and caring. From the get go I knew I was going to be in safe hands.
