About Harry

Harry is an Exercise Physiologist at Movement 101 Botany with over 4 years of clinical experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they enjoy. He works with a wide range of clients, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic conditions such as diabetes, and neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease.

Harry’s approach to treatment is centred around doing the simple things really well and consistently. He focuses on building strong foundations through evidence-based exercise, helping clients improve function, reduce pain, and develop long-term resilience. His programs are practical, individualised, and tailored to each person’s goals and capacity.

With a background as a former state and national-level powerlifter, Harry has a strong understanding of strength training and its real-world application in both performance and rehabilitation settings. He currently trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a hobby, which helps him stay connected to the physical and mental challenges his clients often face.

Harry is passionate about helping people build confidence with movement, whether they are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve their overall health. He places a strong emphasis on education, empowering clients to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery
