Shell has been part of Move Beyond's story from the very beginning, first as a practising osteopath, and now as one of the people behind the brand, the culture, and the voice of the organisation.

With a clinical background in osteopathy and a decade & a half-plus of building multidisciplinary teams, Shell brings a rare combination of on-the-ground healthcare experience and strategic leadership to her role. These days, her focus is on communications, marketing, and the kind of culture-building that makes a workplace somewhere people actually want to be.

Everywhere - can feel creepy at times

Outside of Move Beyond, Shell spent six years on the board of Osteopathy Australia, including four years as President, where she played an active role in expanding university osteopathic education pathways across the country. She's also a sought-after public speaker, mentor and will talk your ear off about leadership, team culture, education, and the allied health industry.

Community is at the heart of how Shell operates, whether that's across Move Beyond's 18 locations or on the sideline of an under-10s basketball court , currently her most demanding coaching gig.
