At Move Beyond Chatswood, our physiotherapy team works alongside you to understand what matters most — whether that's getting back to weekend sport, managing a busy professional life with less pain, recovering from surgery, or staying strong and mobile as you get older.
Our clinic is located at 2/1A Freeman Road, Chatswood NSW 2067. The nearest station is Chatswood, serviced by both the T1 North Shore Line and the Metro Northwest — a short 5–8 minute walk from Freeman Road. Buses also run directly along the Pacific Highway and onto Victoria Avenue. We see clients from across the area including Willoughby, Castle Cove, Lane Cove, Artarmon and Lindfield.
Chatswood is one of Sydney's most vibrant Lower North Shore hubs, with a large and diverse community of families, professionals and long-term residents. Our team at Move Beyond Chatswood is experienced supporting active adults, post-surgical clients, those managing bone health, and women's health concerns at every life stage.
We take an evidence-based approach to every assessment and treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your full health picture before recommending a course of care that fits your life, your schedule, and your goals.
We’re not just treating symptoms—we’re focused on long-term outcomes that empower you to get back to doing what you love.

Your initial appointment runs for 60 minutes and includes a thorough medical and physical assessment, hands-on treatment, and the development of a personalised management plan. You will be given clear guidance on what to expect across your care and what you can do between sessions.
Almost all clients will benefit from a 30-minute follow-up appointment to review progress, refine the diagnosis, and adjust the management plan as needed. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your physiotherapist to assess the relevant area.
