Waterloo is one of Sydney's most dynamic inner-city communities — a fast-evolving mix of young professionals, creatives, families and long-term residents. Our clinic on Bourke Street sits at the heart of a suburb where people are active and health-conscious, and where great allied health care has always been in demand.
We take an evidence-based approach to every assessment and treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your full health picture before recommending a course of care that fits your life, your schedule, and your goals.
We’re not just treating symptoms—we’re focused on long-term outcomes that empower you to get back to doing what you love.

Your initial appointment runs for 60 minutes and includes a thorough medical and physical assessment, hands-on treatment, and the development of a personalised management plan. You will be given clear guidance on what to expect across your care and what you can do between sessions
.
Almost all clients will benefit from a 30-minute follow-up appointment to review progress, refine the diagnosis, and adjust the management plan as needed. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your physiotherapist to assess the relevant area.
