As an avid runner herself, Charlotte is deeply passionate about helping people stay active and confidently return to the things they love. Whether that’s running, sport or simply moving through everyday life with less pain. With clinical interests in running-related injuries, shoulder conditions and low back pain, she combines evidence-based treatment with a practical, movement-focused approach. Charlotte also brings valuable experience working with rugby league athletes, giving her a strong understanding of load management, return-to-sport planning and performance-driven rehab.

Her philosophy is grounded in education and empowerment, helping clients understand their bodies, not just their injuries—so they feel confident long after they leave the clinic. When she’s not in clinic, Charlotte is currently training for her first ever marathon and can usually be spotted running around Melbourne on the weekends, most likely with an iced latte in hand. She’s excited to bring her energy and experience to the local community.
