Richard has a background in multidirectional sports and a desire to help people get back to or remain at their best. He takes great pride in being able to partner with clients to find the right track from day one, always with an eye towards a return to your hobbies and chosen sport.
Richard has an interest in athletic lower limb injuries and shoulder instability, hoping to help people reach the heights in sport that he was never able to (allegedly due to circumstances outside of his control). Richard is accredited as a GLAD practitioner, specializing in addressing the needs of the osteoarthritic population, and will open for Clinical Pilates classes soon. He can draw from invaluable experiences in hydrotherapy treatment, sports training with the Melbourne University Rugby Club, and his own life in sports. Richard enjoys working with clients to integrate rehabilitation and exercise within their life for the greatest chance at success.
He enjoys traveling, surfing, basketball, and silly philosophical questions. Richard once claimed he is unique because he traveled around Europe in his early 20s. He even went to Bali once!
