Our Newtown Exercise Physiologists are experienced allied health professionals who specialise in creating and prescribing exercise programs tailored to your specific needs and goals. By working with an Exercise Physiologist, you can exercise safely and effectively, even if you have health conditions that may have previously prevented you from exercising.
Whether you suffer from diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety, heart disease, obesity, or have joint and muscle injuries, prehab, or post-operative rehabilitation needs, our Exercise Physiologists can help. They work in collaboration with your surgeon, GP, physiotherapist, or osteopath to ensure you receive the best care possible.
We’re conveniently located in the heart of Pako village Newtown, in a space designed by Adam Kane Architects that redefines the modern healthcare experience.

For people living with POTS hypermobility spectrum disorders chronic fatigue or other complex conditions we offer careful graded programs that build capacity without triggering flares — working with your body not against it.

During your initial consultation, your Exercise Physiologist will assess your overall health, strength, and exercise capabilities to design a program that meets your needs and goals. You can choose to have weekly sessions with your Exercise Physiologist, or they can create a gym or home program for you.
Wear comfortable clothes to your first appointment.
We accept DVA, TAC, Work Cover, and EPC Medicare programs plus Private Health rebates are available.
You can claim Private Health and Medicare rebate on the day of your appointment if required.
Our clinic is conveniently located at Level 1 , 344 Pakington Street, just a handful of steps down sharp street. There is plenty of parking spaces available opposite the clinic and on sharp street and pako.
We are open Monday-Saturday and have plenty of after hours appointments for your convenience.
We are a cashless business, payment may be made via credit card (Visa & Master Card). We do not normally offer credit on account payment. HICAPS facilities are available for private health insurance claims. Patients may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM), however this must be in place and initiated by a GP before treatment commences.
There is ample 1 and 2-hour parking along Pakington and Sharp Street.
